Bettina Makalintal is a food and culture writer based in New York City who’s currently a senior reporter at Eater, and - as I told her in the email I sent asking her to be a part of this series, she’s written so many amazing articles about so many different things online, but my absolute favourite thing she’s written is this feature for Eater about seafood themed clothes. A real banger! She’s also renowned on the internet for her love of crispy fried eggs - so much so that her food instragram is @crispyegg420 - and I thought for that reason she’d have some wise words to say about breakfast….and she did.
